Friendly hotel staff, particularly in the restaurant. Good breakfast selection.
There was nothing I didn't like.

It is well located for doing business at the port and is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. There aren't many other hotels in this area so it is a good bet. The breakfast was good and the room service dinner was surprisingly good. Rooms are simple but very clean and have everything you need for a business stay. Wifi was free and good.
There really aren't any restaurants in the area open in the evening so you either have to get room service or take a taxi to the beach area to get dinner. Only one electrical outlet in the room. I had to unplug the refrigerator to plug in my computer. They are remodeling and this should be updated.

When I stayed there, they was doing some reform in the others rooms, so, at 8 o'clock they started to hammer the walls, and it took all day long. I had to study and I had to ask twice to Stop that. At the second time, I said that I would leave the hotel, than they stopped the noise. At sundays the area is a little bit creepy and everything is closed.

The hotel is located in a great spot, near to the historic center and with easy access to the main attractions. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the bathrooms are modern and well-equipped. The breakfast buffet is abundant, with plenty of options and great quality food. The staff is welcoming and helpful, offering friendly assistance to guests.
One downside is the lack of English proficiency in some staff members, which can be challenging for non-Portuguese speakers.

The staff is great, they have free-parking, the room is huge and new, and the distance to the old city is awesome.
The bathroom - a little bit dirty (with pieces of hair on the window and bird poop on the wall), besides the sink is too tiny, I didn´t have how to put my bathroom stuffs (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap etc.) anywhere. If you´re not with car, I really do not recommend you to walk by night because the region is dangerous.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel due to its great location near the historic center and in a safe area. The breakfast was pleasant and satisfying. The staff, especially those in the restaurant, were friendly and accommodating.
Nothing to be said.

The hotel's breakfast is definitely a highlight - plenty of food options to choose from and it's included in the price. Another great thing about this hotel is its central location, very close to historic landmarks and attractions and easily accessible through public transportation. What I enjoyed the most during my Easter weekend stay was the well-appointed room and bathroom - much more spacious and comfortable than I expected.
Sadly, the hotel is not in the safest area and it's advisable to stay indoors after dark. , the internet connection is spotty at times and the noise from the street can be quite loud, so light sleepers should bring earplugs.

Great Breakfast and Location, Comfortable Room
I recently spent a weekend at a hotel in the historic area of a port city in Brazil. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. The location was also perfect for exploring the city's historic landmarks and museums. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a weekend stay.
The noise from the street outside the hotel was a bit disruptive at night, but thankfully I brought earplugs and was able to sleep through the night. the hotel's elevator was outdated and slow, which made going up and down to my room a bit of a hassle.
Tourists from India often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
